Pastor Noah J. Rogness
Prior to becoming the pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Pastor Rogness served parishes in Fergus Fall, MN, and Alexandria, VA. He also served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant Major and retiring with 24 years of service.
His undergraduate degree is from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, and he earned his M.Div from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne.
Pastor Rogness married his wife Becky (née Breitbarth) in 2010, and they have five wonderful children.

Deb Lafferty
Secretary
Deb and her husband Dillin and daughter Emma joined Good Shepherd in the spring of 2015. Emma was just a few months old at the time. It was important to find a church home to raise Emma.
After Emma was born Deb was able to be a stay-at-home mom. Once Emma started school full-time it was time for Deb to get back to the workforce. The opportunity arose to become the secretary at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Being a part time position, this was the perfect opportunity. Deb has been the secretary at Good Shepherd since June 2020. Deb enjoys assisting members of the church. A great blessing since becoming secretary has been a growth in faith and being in the Word daily.
